Cancellation Policy: Please allow at least 24 hours for regular appointments and 1 week for spa packages.

Appointments cancelled with less than 1 hour's notice are subject to 25% penalty. If you fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge 75% of the appointment fee.

All multiple-service appointments and package reservation must be secured with a credit card or Spa Gift Certificate number.
